Right of Withdrawal / Return of products
The consumer has a deadline 14 days to return the product purchased for any reason, even unnecessarily, and request a replacement refund.
In this case the consumer will be fully charged with shipping costs. This deadline is valid in all Member States of the European Union.
You can choose any transport or courier company you wish, with the exception of KTEL and express mail (ELTA), as shipping costs are borne exclusively by you. The private courier companies we work with are preferred, because if you choose other transport companies we can not provide any guarantee for the delivery times of the products returned to us.
Attention: We will not receive any product, if upon receipt we are asked to pay the shipping costs or to be charged the corresponding amount.
Product Withdrawal / Return Procedure
If the reason for the return concerns your own mistake or the dispatch of a defective product,
then the shipping costs of the return are fully charged by our company, if this is done by the private companies we work with.
In any other case the costs are borne by the customer.
To be considered defective a product must have an obvious manufacturing error. Products that have been used and worn after purchase are not considered defective.
So, if during the inspection it turns out that the product is not defective then we will return it to you and you will be charged for the transport.

In order for the product to be accepted and your money to be refunded,
the product must be sent in the excellent condition received, without damage, without any defects, within its packaging, it must have its "plates" and be accompanied by all the necessary forms that prove the purchase from the store.
You must include the retail receipt and deposit details (bank name, account holder and IBAN).
If the purchase has been made by credit card, you must show the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal.
